Submit a Ticket - Denial Reviews

Was your Disability Tax Credit denied? We’re Here to Help You Navigate This Difficult Time.

We know how vital the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is, and how upsetting it can be when your application is denied. We’re here to help you understand the decision and fight for the benefits you deserve.

To get started, please fill out the form below and UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR DENIED APPLICATION.

*While we appreciate having a copy of your denial letter, there is nothing we can use it for. It never tells a person why the DTC application was denied as denial lettes are all generic templates. It is the application itself we need - without it we can't help you. If you don't have a copy, please exit this form and call CRA and ask them to send you a copy of the denied form AND all other things related to the case (followup questionnaires, medical records, etc. you need everything they have on record).

After we review your denial, we will tell you why it was denied and what you should do next.

Your Facebook username helps us contact you if it seems email is not getting to you.
In the above box, please enter this text: “Denial: Patients Name”  - for example “Denial: Johnny Cash” If you are the patient, still enter your name.
If you are the patient, enter SELF
Optional but helpful for us.
Example: family doctor, pediatrician, psychologist, etc.
Provide details about what you are hope we can help you with.
Please upload your DENIED DTC APPLICATION FORM and your denial letter.

⚠️ WE CANNOT HELP YOU WITHOUT YOUR DENIED FORM.

Your denial letter alone is not enough. If you do not have a copy of your denied application, please exit this page and contact Canada Revenue and ask them to send you the following:
- denied application form
- any follow-up questionnaires and the answers your clinician provided
- any medical records and other documents your clinician sent in
- all letters between your clinician and CRA
- internal notes CRA made on your file

You can add multiple files by clicking “add files” after your first upload.

We'll bet you didn't know there are over 20 benefits and credits available to people with DTC approval! Surprising isn't it? But it's true! Many people don't know there is even any such thing as the Disability Tax Credit, let alone the power it has to change people's lives!

For the last decade, we have been educating people about the DTC and have helped over 55 thousand people learn how to apply successfully! We have a personal record of preparing over 12000 APPROVED applications with a 98.6% success rate for first time applications, and a 100% success rate in over-turning denials.

This is our mission in life and nothing makes us happier than helping people have a more secure financial future.

Here is a list of JUST SOME of the benefits and credits available. . .
